This document describes our mission, philosophy and program description. It also lists our admission requirements, rates and payment plan, business practices, hours of operation and all other areas as required by the Child Care Licensing in the State of Washington. - Registration Forms 2008-2009 This packet includes the Child Care Home Register which details your child's personal information and history. It also includes the Tuition and Enrollment form and the Contract for Service Agreement. These forms along with the registration fee of $150 and your first and last month's tuition payments are required to reserve a spot for your child for the 2008-2009 school year.
